GSO 2538:2021 Scope
This standard applies to the maximum residue limits for ethyl alcohol (Ethanol) resulting from the natural cross fermentation in foods (or used as a flavoring solvent) and is acceptable considering foods to be free of ethyl alcohol (Ethanol).
