GSO ISO 7701:2014 Scope
This International Standard specifies requirements and test methods for dried apple segments or slices (rings) obtained from the fruits of the apple tree Malus communis (L.) destined for human consumption.
It does not apply to dehydrated apples, apple chips, dried apple sauce and apple flour (powder).
