GSO ISO 3513:2007 Scope
This Gulf Standard specifies a method for the determination of the Scoville index
of chillies, whole or ground, unadulterated by other spices or products.
NOTE 1 Chillies commonly tested for their pungency are those of the species
Capsicum frutescens Linnaeus.
