OS GSO 2229:2021 Scope

This Gulf Standard Specification pertains to vegetable fats and fat blends that contain a fat content of not less than 10% and not more than 90%. It does not apply to fats derived from milk and/or dairy products that have had other substances added to them for processing. It also does not cover products with a fat content below 10% or above 90%, butter, and dairy fats.
