GSO 1217:2022 Scope
This standard is concerned with the requirements for vegetable, mineral or mixed hair oils and other oil-based cosmetic preparation for hair. The latter include hair tonics and hair oil concentrates. This standard does not applicable on enfleurage type of hair oil, hair creams, pomades and brilliantines preparations sold under the name of hair darkeners. This standard does not applicable on hair oils for therapeutic claims
