GSO ECE 80:2021 Scope
1.1. This Regulation applies to:
(a) Passenger seats for forward-facing installation in vehicles of
categories M2 and M3, of Classes II, III and B1
;
(b) Vehicles of categories M2 and M3 of Classes II, III and B1
in respect
of their passenger seat anchorages and seat installation.
(c) It does not apply to rearward-facing seats or to any head restraint
fitted to these seats.
