GSO IEC 61084-1:2014 Scope
This standard specifies requirements for cable trunking and cable ducting systems intended for the accommodation, and where necessary for the segregation, of conductors, cables or cords and/or other electrical equipment in electrical installations.
This specification does not apply to conduit, cable tray or cable ladder or current-carrying parts within the system.
NOTE - There are many different designs of systems (see annex A) for which a Part 2 is under consideration.
