GSO ECE 40:2010 Scope
This Regulation applies to the emission of gaseous pollutants from positive-ignition
engines of two-wheeled or three-wheeled motor cycles with an unladen weight of
less than 400 kg having a maximum design speed exceeding 50 km/h and/or cylinder
capacity exceeding 50 ccm.
