GSO 567:1994 Scope
This GSO standard includes the requirements to be met in processed products from cocoa pulp, pressed cocoa paste, and cocoa butter and sugar and/or cocoa powder besides milk products, optional ingredients, and flavour and odour agents mentioned in this standard according to the type of the required chocolate.
