GSO ISO 1992-4:2003 Scope

This GSO standard specifies the procedure to test the defrosting method of commercial refrigerated cabinets intended for the sale and/or display of food products, when tested in the same conditions as those specified for the temperature test (see part II). The test is not applicable to cabinets or parts of cabinets intended to be defrosted manually.
