GSO 931:1997 Scope
This standard is concerned with:
1.1 Factory test for hydraulic performance of line shaft vertical turbine pumps and presentation of test results.
1.2 Calculation and presentation of anticipated field performance.
1.3 Hydrostatic test of discharge head and pump bowl assembly.
These tests are applicable to pumps designed for use with clean water of normal temperature (as described in 6.1 of this standard). This standard does not include requirements of pumps design and construction
