GSO ECE R133:2026 Scope
1.1. This Regulation applies to motor vehicles of categories M1 and N1
1
and to
new parts in these vehicles.
1.2. This Regulation shall not apply to:
(a) Special purpose vehicles;
(b) Multi-stage built vehicles belonging to category N1, provided that the
base vehicle complies with this Regulation;
(c) Vehicles produced in small series with less than 1,000 units per year
sold in the country of a Contracting Party to the 1958 Agreement.
