OS GSO ISO 8078:2016 Scope
This International Standard specifies requirements for pro-ducing and testing an undyed anodic coating on aluminium alloys. The anodic coating is produced by the sulfuric acid pro-cess.
The anodizing process is applied in the manufacture of aerospace products to improve paint adhesion and resistance to corrosion.
