OS GSO 1852:2008 Scope
This standard is concerned with Polyethylene Pipes used for transporting gaseous fuels at elevated pressures. The standard also specifies the general properties of the raw materials from which the pipes are produced, including a classification scheme.
This standard also lays down dimensional requirements and maximum allowable operating pressure ratings related to overall service (design) coefficients.
