OS GSO 495:1994 Scope
This standard specifies polybutylene plastic tubing for water that is outside diameter controlled and having standard thermoplastic tubing dimension ratio and pressure. Included also are criteria for classifying PB plastic tubing, a system of nomenclature for PB plastic tubing and requirements and test methods for materials, and burst pressure. Methods of marking are also given.
